Printing Name and Number

We provide the option to personalise, add a name and/or number, to some of the clothing we sell on the website. Not all of the items can be printed on due to the material they are made from but we do try and make as many available as possible. Below is a list of items that relate to this process:

  • The process of adding the name and number uses Heatpress Vinyl
  • Adding a name and number will delay the time it takes for the item of clothing to be despatched, currently 3 working days. This can also vary depending on the number of customers requiring this service at that time. If you need the item by a specific date please contact us first to confirm it can be done
  • Once the item has been personalised it cannot be exchanged or refunded, unless the item has a fault in its production
  • As part of the process, we will send you a layout confirmation by email. Please ensure you provide the correct email address. Please also check your junk/spam mail in case the confirmations are there
  • When the order is placed please entire the correct number and/or spelling of the name is correct
  • If there is an error in the spelling or you require any changes after the layout has been sent there will be an additional charge incurred for the cost of the vinyl
  • Please ensure that the size of the item is correct before providing the layout confirmation.
  • Contact us to make sure that the sizing is correct as every item can vary in size depending who the manufacture of the item is
  • Once we have received your confirmations via email, and the item has been fully paid for, it will then be heat-pressed and dispatched accordingly
  • If the item is to be paid for and collected at the warehouse the item will be heat-pressed once we have received full payment

Printing Layout

Due to the high volume of requests for personalisation of jerseys we have implemented the standardisation of the Font and Numbers being used as per below. The height of the name and number will be the same regardless of the size of the jersey ordered. The below images are for reference only.
  • The standard font is Agency FB for the letter
  • Official font used by the team for the number
  • The standard height of the font 50mm
  • The standard height of the number 165mm
The process above may seem long and excessive but we have learned that it is is important to make sure everything is 100% correct before we heat press the item. Once it is heat pressed it cannot be changed. Any questions please contact us

Size Guide

Returns Policy

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason (other than if it is defective) and wish to return it, you may do so within 30 (thirty) days of delivery.

The goods must be in their original condition and packaging. You can also contact us at the customer services number and we will arrange for a courier to collect the item within 3-10 working days. Or contact us here If you are returning via courier, you will have to complete the returns form, specifying the reason why you are returning the item. You must also pack the goods into the original packaging. If you are returning goods that are not defective via courier, you may be charged an additional R90. We will refund you in full, however, if the goods were received by you as a gift, you will have to exchange the item for goods of the same value. If goods are faulty or defective, you can return them within 6 (six) months of the date of purchase provided that the goods have been used for their intended purpose and they have been cared for according to any instructions that accompanied the goods. An item that has been personalised or printed with a name and number cannot be exchanged or refunded. Please ensure the size of the item is correct before you arrange the personalisation of the item. Delivery & Shipping

Dispatching of Orders

  • Although we try to get all our orders dispatched on the day of order this is not guaranteed
  • Delivery times are based on the shipping date and not the order date
  • If you need the items by a specific date please contact us before ordering to ensure that we are able to meet your needs

Delays

Although we try to get all our orders dispatched on the day of order, this may not always be possible, for the following reasons:
  • Credit Card Checks / Payment clearance
  • Shirts requiring personalization/printing. Please refer to the 'Personalization of Clothing' page for further information
  • Stock may be held at one of our retail stores and needs to be transferred to the warehouse before it can be dispatched
  • If you need the items by a specific date please contact us before ordering to ensure that we are able to meet your needs

South Africa Deliveries

Standard Delivery

  • All Free South African deliveries are made by Fastway Couriers and have a 2-3 working days delivery period from the shipping date
  • Deliveries are made "to your door" to the address provided. Deliveries are done Monday - Friday and exclude public holidays and weekends
  • Standard delivery fee is R100.00
  • Deliveries to P.O. Boxes cannot be processed as a signature is required
  • www.officialmerchandise.co.za may on occasion make use of an alternative 3rd party courier service to ensure delivery of purchased items.

Next Day Delivery

  • Next day deliveries are available using The Courier Guy, subject to the item being purchased is in stock at the JHB Warehouse
  • Orders with printing are subject to delays as two confirmations are needed before printing is completed.
  • The order needs to be ordered and have a cleared payment by 1 pm, so payment by credit card is advised as it clears immediately
  • Deliveries are made "to your door" to the address provided. Deliveries are done Monday - Friday and exclude public holidays and weekends
  • Deliveries to P.O. Boxes cannot be processed as a signature is required

Overseas Deliveries

Standard Delivery

  • Expedited Mail Service EMS offers a 21 -28 working days delivery from the shipping date
  • All customs and import duties are the responsibility of the customer and are not in the control of www.officialmerchandise.co.za
  • Check with your local authorities with regards to import duties and their relevant costs before placing the order
  • Our international express carrier provides a fully traceable delivery service to all the major countries in the world
  • This service is insured and we offer a full replacement or refund if the parcel is lost or stolen

  • All courier service are traceable, tracking details will be e-mailed to you as soon as the goods are dispatched and we supply the web link of the site where you can trace and track your own parcel
  • Some more remote addresses may incur longer transit times
  • Cost is dependent on the weight and value of your order
